In-App Deletion (Recommended): You can delete your Novadrive account and associated personal data directly from within the mobile application. Navigate to your Profile screen, tap "Delete Account," and follow the confirmation prompts. This action is immediate and irreversible under normal circumstances.

30-Day Reactivation Grace Period: Following account deletion, you may contact our customer support team within 30 days to request account reactivation. After this grace period, your data is permanently purged from our systems and recovery is not possible.

Alternative Deletion Method: You may also submit a deletion request by emailing our Privacy Officer at customersupport@inovadrive.com. We will process such requests within 30 business days and provide confirmation once completed.
