iNovaDrive Host Bonus & Loyalty Program

Effective Date: August 16, 2026

1. One-Time Host Welcome Bonus

New Hosts who complete the onboarding process and meet the eligibility requirements may qualify for a one-time Welcome Bonus of $500 CAD. This bonus is paid in two equal installments:

• First Installment – $250 CAD: Paid after the Host completes 10 successful bookings on the iNovaDrive platform.
• Second Installment – $250 CAD: Paid after the Host completes an additional 10 successful bookings (i.e. a total of 20 successful bookings).

2. Ongoing Insurance Reimbursement

After a Host has completed the Welcome Bonus milestones, they may become eligible for the Insurance Reimbursement incentive. This is a separate, ongoing benefit designed to help offset the cost of maintaining the required peer‑to‑peer insurance coverage.

The Insurance Reimbursement is paid in cycles. Subject to the terms of the program, eligible Hosts may receive a reimbursement payment after every 10 successful bookings following the completion of the Welcome Bonus milestones. The exact amount of each reimbursement and the ongoing eligibility criteria are set by iNovaDrive and may be updated from time to time.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Host Bonus & Loyalty Program, a Host must:

• Maintain a valid Host account in good standing on iNovaDrive.
• Maintain the required insurance coverage for peer‑to‑peer vehicle sharing, including at minimum $1,000,000 CAD third‑party liability, collision, comprehensive, and the appropriate peer‑to‑peer endorsement/rate class as required by ICBC or their insurer.
• Complete all required verification steps and comply with iNovaDrive’s Host Standards, Vehicle Sharing Policy, and Terms of Use.
• Maintain a minimum average rating or other performance metrics as determined by iNovaDrive (if applicable).

4. Booking Qualification

A "successful booking" means a booking that is completed without cancellation, chargeback, unresolved dispute, or material violation of platform policies. iNovaDrive reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a booking qualifies as successful for the purposes of this program.

5. Payment Process

Bonus and reimbursement payments are processed through the same payment method used for regular Host payouts. Payments are typically released within 30 days after the qualifying milestone is confirmed. Hosts are responsible for any taxes applicable to such payments.

6. Program Changes and Termination

iNovaDrive may modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. No bonus or reimbursement will be earned after the effective date of termination, but amounts already earned but not yet paid will be paid in accordance with the terms in effect at the time they were earned.

7. No Guarantee

Participation in the Host Bonus & Loyalty Program does not guarantee any level of bookings, income, or insurance cost coverage. The program is an incentive only and is separate from any insurance policy or coverage.
